Thanks to his letters and suggestions, we made many changes on the site, — in the games we offer, the promotions we float and the software updates we make. Soon things came to such a pass, that the sales guys, the accounts department, the content writers, the business development team and even the HR section wanted Bradley’s opinion. “If he can write so well, understand all our games and plan strategies to win, he definitely is a winner,” our marketing head remarked one day.
That triggered off the idea –why not start a ‘Letters to Bradley’ section on the site? Bradley was only too happy to agree. But we decided that he had a lot to share anyway. An interactive blog would do justice both to his talents and the requirements of our players. So the blog was added.
